Duck Club High Brass is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys bottled at 55% ABV. Duck Club is a brand from country music singer Riley Green. This blend consists of 82% 5-year-old Kentucky bourbon with a mashbill of 67% corn, 23% rye and 10% malted barley; and 18% 8-year-old Kentucky bourbon with a mashbill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley.     Vanilla, peanut brittle, fudge, sawdust.

  • Taste:

    Moderate mouthfeel. Vanilla bean, dark chocolate-covered cherries, espresso, cinnamon and a bit of minerality.

  • Finish:

    Coffee grounds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, coconut.

  • Overall:

    This is quite the nice bourbon. It's not complex, but it's well-proofed and flavorful — an enjoyable expression.
