Produced in Spokane, Dry Fly Straight Bourbon 101 is the first legal bourbon made in Washington State. It is crafted from locally grown corn and triticale, aged for a minimum of three years in 53-gallon American oak barrels, and bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 proof).
