Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is produced at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim. It is triple distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted Irish barley and Irish barra oats. Aged in oloroso sherry and Kentucky bourbon casks, it is bottled at 43% ABV with no chill filtration.
Aromas of caramel, brioche, satsuma, and dried apricot draw you in, ushering in a luscious palate of pear, apple, and freewheeling spices bolstered by dried citrus, lime, and toasted coconut.
