Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Sardinian Citrus is crafted at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, Ireland. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, it blends eight pot still botanicals with four vapor-infused botanicals collected by PJ Rigney on a journey from China. The gin is brightened with the rare Sardinian “Sa pompia” (Citrus monstruosa), lending a fresh, exotic citrus note. It can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails, including the Sardinian Bramble.
