Produced in San Diego, California, Drømme Calm Zero Proof Elixir is a non-alcoholic spirit made with a blend of botanicals, adaptogens and nootropics, as well as ginger root, lemon balm and turmeric.

The nose is reasonably pleasant. Maple syrup comes through with a soft sweetness, backing up big spicy notes off ginger and turmeric, plus some anise character lying in the background.
Quite viscous on the palate. Maple and licorice intertwine, quickly followed by a blast of ginger and turmeric, plus some citrus.
The finish is pillowy soft and long, with fluffy marshmallow and sweet maple hanging around throughout, joined by spicy ginger.
This is legitimately quite good. Would I sip it neat regularly? Probably not. But it's fairly sippable, and I bet you could build some really cool mocktails around it. It's not trying to be a cheap imitation of a whiskey or tequila; it's driving in its own lane, and doing a nice job. The spice is a fairly fun way to mimic the burn of a spirit. I'm impressed!
