House Review
Nose:
Powerful caramel, pepper, toffee sweetness. Juniper, oak and cinnamon. Rich and decadent.
Taste:
Sweet toffee, nice juniper component. Sweet cream, caramel and vanilla. Matched with pepper, some floral essence like lavender. Overall the mouthfeel is rich, and the proof is in a good place.
Finish:
Long, sweet and rich. More wood influence here than anywhere else. Finishes more like a whiskey than a gin.
Overall:
Really nice stuff. Really enjoyable, and a really unique look at a more exotic approach to gin production.
Score:
85
