Dragon’s Milk Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is produced by New Holland Brewing Company in Holland, Michigan. Distilled in spring 2016 and released in fall 2020, this straight bourbon is distilled by one distiller in one season at a single distillery, aged at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse and bottled at exactly 100 proof. It uses a mashbill of 70% corn, 25% malted barley and 5% rye, and carries a four-year age statement. The bourbon hosts a suggested retail price of $50.
