Don Roberto Tahona Tequila is produced by the Orendain family at Hacienda La Purísima in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. The range uses a traditional tahona stone wheel to crush roasted agave rather than industrial roller milling, and fermentation takes place in open-air natural environments. The lineup includes four expressions: Plata, Reposado, Cristalino and Añejo. All are bottled at 40% ABV.
