Doc Swinson’s 15 Year Rare Release Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 59.1% ABV. It is aged 15 years in new charred oak, non-chill filtered, and presented with natural color. The mashbill includes 78–79% corn with nearly equal parts rye and malted barley. Only 2,664 bottles were produced, with a retail price of $155.

  • Whew, that's a powerful first sip of the day! There's a big cinnamon splash to start, then the red grape sweetness kicks in after a few moments. The mouth feel is slightly dry, but very fruity. It feels as if I've just chewed on a tart dark cherry.
