World Whiskey Society

7 Years
This 7-year-old single-barrel bourbon comes to us from Doc Holliday, a brand from the World Whiskey Society. Distilled by an undisclosed Indiana producer (probably MGP) from a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, this bourbon was aged for seven years and bottled at 63.1% ABV. The name Doc Holliday pays homage to John Henry Holliday, an American gambler, gunfighter and, surprisingly, dentist.

Toffee apple, creamed corn, cola, barrel char, apple butter and vanilla frosting.
Lightly oaky up front, and it grows oakier the longer it sits on your palate. Tons of cream, char, toffee, brown sugar, bold oak and clove.
Long finish, packed to the top with brown sugar, apple butter, cocoa, cherry cola and a fat helping of clove.
Where has this brand been hiding all these years (besides my to-do pile?). Unreal single barrel, really enjoyable.
