Divin Alcohol Free Sparkling Blush Sauvignon Blanc is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine produced in the Loire Valley. It is made from sauvignon blanc with small amounts of cot and cabernet franc to add a pink hue and red fruit character. The wine is dealcoholized using vacuum distillation at low temperature to preserve its aromatic compounds. After the alcohol is removed, the wine is blended with its original aromas, then red wine and CO₂ are added to produce the final sparkling expression.
