Divin Rosé 0.0% is an alcohol-free still wine produced in the Loire Valley from a blend of pinot noir, côt, cabernet and gamay. The base wine is created using traditional winemaking methods, then undergoes vacuum distillation at low temperature to remove alcohol while preserving aromatic compounds. After dealcoholization, the wine is blended with its original aroma extract to maintain its varietal character.
