Depaz L'Âme de la Montagne is an organic white rhum agricole from Martinique made from sugarcane grown on the highest elevation plot of the Depaz plantations on Mount Pelée slopes. This single-plot rum undergoes a long fermentation and slow fractional reduction over 60 days, guaranteeing exceptional aromatic richness. It is bottled at 50.5% ABV and sells for around 36 euros.
