DeLeón Tequila is crafted from Highland blue weber agave, harvested in Jalisco's Los Altos region. The agave is slow-roasted in brick and clay ovens, then undergoes slow fermentation and double distillation. The añejo is aged for over a year, starting in American oak and finishing in French oak wine casks.
