Earthy, pine, nutty, pineapple and mango. Brine, clay, pepper. Burnt sugar.
Medium mouth feel. Immediately hit with clay, bubble gum, faint cotton candy and then come confectioners sugar. Burnt sugar, pine, some pepper take over.
Short to medium in length but crisp and loaded with wood smoke and minerality.
Diverse, unique and fun. Count me in.
