Dead Guy Whiskey is an American single malt whiskey produced and bottled on the Oregon Coast. It uses 100% malted barley, including 2-row, Munich and C15 malts, alongside coastal mountain water. The whiskey is pot distilled, aged for over two years in oak barrels under ocean-influenced conditions and made entirely in-house from grain selection to bottling. It comes in a 750ml bottle at 80 proof.
This is an easy-going single malt that offers a smooth, slightly grainy bite on the palate that segues acceptably into a medium to long finish. There's a hint of sea salt and dark chocolate on the mid palate.
