De Soi Très Rosé is a non-alcoholic beverage crafted with adaptogens, including reishi mushroom, lion’s mane and l-theanine. Made from a blend of pear, grapefruit, raspberry and lychee juices, it also features red wine vinegar, rooibos extract, chamomile extract and ginger extract.

Rose petals and sea breeze spring out of the glass, with hints of freshly cracked white pepper.
There's pleasant tartness on the palate, and underripe raspberries dominate the pour. Citrus zest and an amaro-like throughline add a pleasant bite. Fine bubbles take this zero proof aperitif into sparkling rosé or Aperol spritz territory. I could drink this all day.

If you’re one of those rosé all day types, looking for a hangover-free way to enjoy some of the pink stuff poolside, De Sois Très Rosé is a no-brainer. Easily one of the best alternatives for zero proof rosé I’ve seen.
