This is a non-alcoholic sparkling aperitif from Katy Perry's brand, De Soi. De Soi Haute Margarita is a made with water, lime-tangerine juice blend, agave nectar, sea salt and jalapeño. It also features extracts of l-theanine, lion’s mane, reishi mushroom and turmeric.

Pleasantly surprised by the taste—unlike many non-alcoholic options that fall short of their cocktail claims, this one delivers. It holds onto an earthy sweetness from the agave and likely the adaptogens. Lime comes through clearly without being too tart, rounded out by a soft tangerine note. There's a gentle kick of spice, though nothing to worry about. I'm missing some of the jalapeno vegetal flavor but still quite nice.
A mild spice stays at the back of the throat, while the sweetness settles across the palate in a neat finish.
De Soi Haute Margarita is a solid cocktail alternative that delivers more than expected. I don’t miss the tequila as much as I thought I would, as the sweetness, citrus, and gentle spice create a satisfyingly balanced profile. It’s refreshing, approachable, and well-suited for a hot summer day.
