  • Really great nose, ok palate and ok finish. It's super interesting just how different IB Dalmore is from OB Dalmore. Unfortunately, this one isn't a winner, either. I bet some better aging would have smoothed this sucker out.

  • Nose:

    Graham cracker, waffles, fresh baked cake, vanilla bean, toffee and sweet almond.

  • Taste:

    Medium mouth feel, a bit hot. Amaretto, fresh baked bread, toffee and apple. Heat grows over time. Some pepper.

  • Finish:

    Long, hot, lots of apple and vanilla.

  • Overall:

    Really great nose, ok palate and ok finish. It's super interesting just how different IB Dalmore is from OB Dalmore. Unfortunately, this one isn't a winner, either. I bet some better aging would have smoothed this sucker out.
