Cutwater Tequila Reposado is crafted in Tequila, Mexico, using blue agave that is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, open fermented and double distilled in stainless and copper "alambique" stills. After distillation, it is aged in Cutwater whiskey barrels shipped from the San Diego-based distillery. The tequila is then bottled in Jalisco, with a label featuring a hand-drawn skull of a Rayador, inspired by Mexican folk imagery and a nod to the Cutwater name.
