Cutwater Tequila Añejo is crafted in Tequila, Mexico, using blue agave that is slow-cooked in brick ovens, open fermented and double distilled in stainless and copper stills. It is aged for over a year in whiskey barrels shipped from Cutwater’s San Diego distillery and then bottled in Jalisco. The label features a hand-drawn Rayador skull, inspired by Mexican folk imagery and a nod to the Cutwater name.
