Produced in New York, Curious No. 7 is a non-alcoholic, sparkling champagne-style cocktail made from California Chardonnay grape concentrate infused with elderflower, lavender, jasmine green tea, juniper and gentian root. This is a non-alc riff on the French 77, a cocktail made with gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and champagne.

Intriguing nose with big lemon notes, plus lavender, tea, elderflower and honey.
Sparkling white wine vibe, joined by lavender, tea and lemon zest. It's tart, light and pleasant.
The finish concludes quickly with lemon, honey and a touch of gentian.
This is very nice and my favorite of the Curious expressions I've tried. It's light, flavorful and balanced. My only real critique is the finish ends a bit abruptly, but overall this is excellent.
