Cumberland Falls Bourbon, named after the Kentucky waterfall known for its “moonbow,” is handcrafted in small batches and aged four years in charred American oak barrels. Bottled under 86 proof, it has a mashbill of 78% corn, 13% rye and 9% malted barley.
