  • This is lovely stuff. Surprisingly, it is not the most complex or interesting, but it’s very good all the same.

  • Nose:

Beautiful and bright on the nose with honey, vanilla, cream and some sweet toffee.

  • Taste:

Buttery on the palate and full of pepper, slate, apple butter, pear and cinnamon. A hint of minerality and char.

  • Finish:

The finish is oddly short but enjoyable. Honey, vanilla, toffee, some slate, pepper, clove and a hint of crushed stone.

  • Overall:

This is lovely stuff. Surprisingly, it is not the most complex or interesting, but it’s very good all the same.

  • Score:

    85
