  • Intently beefy up front, the nose sees its smoke giving the mezcal a distinct barbecue character, a touch green and more than a little ashy. The palate quickly follows in lockstep, popping right away with a heavy smoked meat character, some notes of roasted marshmallow and overripe orange adding some sweetness.

  • Definitely a sipper, but it could stand to be a few degrees higher with the proof.
