Made in Oaxaca, Mexico, Convite Mezcal Ensamble Silvestre is a blend of five wild agaves: tepextate, tobal, madrecuishe, lumbre and tobasiche. The production involves cooking the plants in an underground pit oven, milling with a horse-drawn tahona, natural fermentation with spring water and double distillation in a copper alembic still.
