  • Nose:

Ultra-peaty nose filled with barbecue smoke, honey and a vegetal quality.

Pleasant, sweet palate. Plenty of peat here, but plenty of sweetness too. Toffee, honey, butterscotch, lemon, a touch of mint, tobacco,

  • Finish:

Long, layered finish. Ash and peat that oscillates between barbecue smoke and medicinal. Caramel, pear, oak, drying tannin and more of that vegetal/mineral quality.
