Combier Liqueur de Violette is made at the Combier Distillery in France's Loire Valley, in operation since 1834. It is produced using French violets sourced from the Côte d'Azur, neutral alcohol and sugar crystals from sugar beets. Based on a mid-19th century French recipe, it contains no stabilizers or preservatives and is bottled at 25% ABV with an average retail price around $30.
