Cody Road Honey is made by infusing Cody Road Bourbon with clover honey sourced from hives in Jackson County, Iowa, about 30 miles from the distillery. Each batch uses nearly 60 gallons of local honey. Produced by Mississippi River Distilling Co. in Le Claire, Iowa, the whiskey follows a grain-to-glass process using 100% grain grown within 25 miles of the distillery. All production steps, including milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling and bottling, are handled in-house.
