  • Nose:

The rum has a pleasant aroma with notes of sweet plantains and dried mango combined with the classic background grassy notes found in many agricoles.

  • Taste:

On the palate there is a hint of salinity that lifts up the notes of banana and tropical fruits like pineapple and fresh sugarcane juice. The earthy notes are rounded out by the coconut water, toning down the grassy vegetal notes. It is light bodied and not hot from the 46% ABV.

  • Finish:

It has a crisp finish with just a touch pepperiness that lingers very briefly.
