Cocchi Americano Bianco is a quinine-flavored aperitif wine produced by Giulio Cocchi Spumanti in Italy’s Asti province, created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi. Made from Moscato d’Asti and infused with herbs, fruit and spices including cinchona, gentian and citrus, it offers a balanced bittersweet profile.
