CO Jones Blanco is an additive free tequila made at Tequilas El Mexicano (NOM 1588) in the Jalisco highlands near Arandas. The agave is cooked in a low pressure autoclave, extracted with roller mills, fermented in open air stainless steel tanks and distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for around $32.
