Cleveland Whiskey Black Reserve, produced in Ohio, is a bourbon made from 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. It undergoes a proprietary pressure-aging process that accelerates maturation by using pressure to open and close the pores of charred oak. Bottled at 50% ABV.
Flavors of caramel, vanilla, spice, and citrus tussle with cedar, tea leaves, and oak tannins before a lengthy, assertive finish of tobacco, caramel, cinnamon, clove, and orange peel.
