Clean Co Clean R is a non-alcoholic spiced rum alternative designed to be mixed. It contains natural flavorings, including star anise, ginger, sweet orange, cassia bark, pimento and cinnamon. A bottle retails for about $29.99.
This works quite well, and again there is a soft, spicy heat that hits the back of the palate. This is one of the better N/A “spirits” that we’ve had and it deserves some experimentation in the bar.
