Claude Chatelier Cognac XO is produced by Maison Ferrand using traditional distillation in small copper pot stills. Made from wines sourced across the Cognac region, it is aged in French oak barrels in dark cellars to develop depth and complexity. Bottled at 40% ABV, it typically retails for about $60–75.
Brand tasting notes describe aromas of oak, vanilla and dried flowers, with a palate showing prune and candied fruit, followed by hazelnut and fig.
