Claude Chatelier VS Cognac, produced by Maison Ferrand in the Cognac region of France, is made from grapes sourced from top-quality vineyards in Petite and Grande Champagne. Distilled in 25-hectoliter copper pot stills using traditional methods, it is aged in small French oak barrels for around two years, in keeping with its "Very Special" designation. Bottled at 40% ABV and typically priced around $25 per 750ml, the Cognac offers tasting notes highlighting oak, toffee, honeysuckle and vine blossom, per the brand.
