Cinco Sentidos Azul is a joven mezcal made from agave tequilana (maguey Azul) grown in the Mixteca Poblana. Produced in 2020 by Delfino Tobón Mejía in San Pablo Ameyaltepec, Puebla, it was distilled using a homemade three-plate copper still and bottled at 47.5% ABV.
