Chemist Biltmore Conservatory Rose Gin is crafted by Apothecary Beverage Company in Asheville, North Carolina. This limited-edition gin is aged in Biltmore merlot wine barrels and finished with rose petals from the Estate's Rose Gardens. Available exclusively at the Tasting Room and select locations on the Estate. The Biltmore is the largest privately-owned home in the U.S., built for George Washington Vanderbilt II in 1895. Designed by Richard Morris Hunt and featuring gardens by Frederick Law Olmsted, it spans 8,000 acres and stands as a prime example of Gilded Age opulence.
