Released in June 2019, Chattanooga Whiskey "The Barrel" Tennessee High Malt is a straight bourbon whiskey made from a mashbill of yellow corn, malted rye, caramel malted barley and honey malted barley. Aged over 3 years in 53-gallon toasted and charred oak barrels, it is bottled at varying proofs. This expression is based on Barrel #91, originally pot distilled in 2016 and selected from over 100 experimental barrels.
