Chamucos Extra Añejo is produced at Destileria Casa De Piedra in Jalisco, Mexico, using blue weber agave from Los Altos and El Valle. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks. It is twice distilled in stainless pot stills and aged in a blend of French and American white oak barrels. The final expression combines tequilas aged 3, 4 and 5 years and is bottled at 80 proof.
