Chamucos Tequila Blanco is produced at Destileria Casa De Piedra in Jalisco, Mexico, using blue weber agave from Los Altos and El Valle. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks. It is twice distilled in stainless pot stills and bottled unaged at 80 proof.
