Cellar Master's Select 17 Year Old Canadian Whisky was distilled in 2004 at the now-closed Palliser Distillery in Lethbridge, Alberta. The whisky was aged for 17 years in hand-selected 53-gallon ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled in 2021.
