Cedar Ridge Distillery 1847 Bourbon is a limited-edition Iowa straight bourbon released in August 2026 as part of a co-branded partnership with the University of Iowa Athletics program. Named for the year the University of Iowa was established, each bottle features the iconic Tigerhawk logo. Cedar Ridge, founded in 2005 in Swisher, Iowa, is Iowa's first licensed distillery since Prohibition and bases its bourbon lineup on Iowa-grown corn.
