Castle & Key Restoration Rye Whiskey is distilled at the restored Old Taylor Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, using a mash bill of 63% rye, 17% corn and 20% malted barley. Released in three batches annually, Batch 3 of 2022 is aged at least three years and bottled at 106 proof, showing rye bread, cinnamon, orange and mint with a malty, nutty finish.
