Cascahuin Extra Añejo is produced at Cascahuin Distillery in El Arenal. The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed on roller mills and fermented without fibers. Distilled on small copper pot stills, this tequila is aged for over three years in used American white oak and bottled at 86 proof.
