  • Nose:

Sweet, savory, loaded with tons of agave, papaya, cream, pepper and a hint of some lactic funk. Enticing, inviting.

  • Taste:

Medium bodied on the palate. Loads of minerality, charcoal, some faint ash, pepper and a hint of melon rind. More bitter, smoky, mineral focused than sweet and sweet agave forward. Yummy and savory.

  • Finish:

Long and rich, loaded with pepper and some minerality. More wood smoke and ash than Id have expected, but it lends a great deal of complexity.

  • Overall:

I like this. It bucks the trend of super sweet, and adds a ton of character I wasnt expecting.
