Produced in Carlos Casares, Buenos Aires province, Casares Single Malt Stout is made from locally harvested barley that is malted on-site and double distilled in copper goose neck pot stills. It matures for at least 3 years in charred American oak barrels and is finished in ex-stout beer barrels. The whisky is non-chill filtered and bottled at 750ml.
