Casamigos Mezcal, produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, is made from espadin agave. The agave is cooked for four to six days in earthen pits with volcanic rock, crushed by a horse-drawn tahona wheel and distilled twice in copper pot stills before aging for up to two months. Notably, the brand was founded by George Clooney.
