Produced by F.P.S. Spirits in Lerma, Mexico, Casa Salvia Gin is made from cane neutral spirit and features four native botanicals: sage, grapefruit, juniper and mint.
The citrus, mint, and juniper notes are consistently present throughout the tasting experience, and hold their own against other ingredients in cocktails. I would have liked the sage to be more prominent, but the overall flavor still has a pleasant floral and herb quality.
