The body isn’t nearly the agave bomb you might be expecting. It is both sweet and peppery, but not really vegetal at all. Instead you’ll find notes of tart lemon juice, caramel sauce, and a touch of rhubarb. Very well crafted.
The palate has very strong notes of vanilla leading to almost an aloe flavor. The finish is smooth and nutty similar to almond butter. Drinkable and affordable, it makes a margarita with a delicate fruitiness without being cloyingly sweet.
